Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Eligible Items

• Personalized items: Not eligible

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@luminagrace.myshopify.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Return Shipping

Return shipping cost: customer pays. Return address: same as registered business address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds: allowed in cases of minor damage or missing accessories.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.
